**Job Title**: Accessibility Tester - Fresher
**Location**: Hyderabad Madhapur

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Training Duration**: 3 Months (Unpaid)
**Salary Post-Training**: ₹10,000 per month
**Eligibility**: B.Tech in Computer Science or related field

**About the Role**:
We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as **Accessibility Testers**. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to start their careers in the fast-growing field of digital accessibility. You will undergo a 3-month intensive training program, after which, based on performance, you will be offered a full-time position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use assistive technologies like screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack, VoiceOver), keyboard navigation tools, and color contrast analyzers to identify accessibility issues.
- Document findings clearly and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Work with development teams to test implementation of accessibility fixes.
- Learn to write basic test plans and reports related to accessibility.

**Preferred Knowledge & Skills**:

- (Training will be provided, but prior knowledge is a plus.)_
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Awareness of how people with disabilities use digital products
- An analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- **Eligibility Criteria**:

- Recent graduate with **B.Tech in Computer Science or a related field**:

- Basic computer and internet usage skills
- Eagerness to start a career in **Accessibility Testing**
