**Job Title: Mobile Accessibility Tester**

**Location**: Hyderabad

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Shift Timing**: Night Shift[8PM - 5AM]

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate mobile apps against established accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG, ADA, Section 508).
- Identify, document, and prioritize accessibility issues, providing clear recommendations for remediation.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to advocate for accessibility best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Perform usability testing with users who have disabilities to gather qualitative feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest accessibility trends, tools, and technologies.
- Create and maintain detailed reports and documentation related to testing processes and findings.
- Provide training and support to team members on accessibility standards and testing methodologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of mobile accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG, ADA).
- Familiarity with accessibility testing tools (e.g., VoiceOver, TalkBack, aXe).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
