About Company:
This position is for Security in common areas of a corporate serviced apartment for the Expat in Powai, Mumbai.

**Primary Role**:

- Understand the society protocals, daily security related duties,ensure the guests are checking in and out as per these protocals and cars are parked well according to allocated parking slots.
- Regularly inspect security equipment (CCTV, access control, alarms) to ensure proper functioning and upkeep.
- Car Parking in the common areas are done properly for the expat guests
- Collaborate across departments to integrate security measures into all operational facets, including front desk for check in and check out along with parking, facility management and housekeeping.

General Duties:
1) Supervise daily security operations, ensuring efficient task completion.

2) Devise and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard the organization and its assets.

3) Perform routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, crafting strategies for risk reduction.

4) Monitor surveillance and alarm systems, swiftly responding to security breaches or incidents.

5) Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and relevant stakeholders during security emergencies.

6) Educate and train personnel on protocols and emergency response plans.

7) Stay abreast of evolving security trends, technologies, and regulations, providing recommendations for system and procedural enhancements.

**Skills**:

- Prior experience in security supervision in the Hospitality Industry is must.
- Excellent knowledge of security protocals and practices.
- Conversational English skills ( verbal and written ).
- Multi-tasking, good in team management.

**NOTE**:Its a general shift job and accommodation will not be provided by the company.
**Work Location**:Hiranandani Gardens, Powai

Pay: ₹10,911.70 - ₹23,977.10 per month
