- This role will report to SDM South Asia and will be based out of Bangalore.
- Roles & Responsibilities:

- This role is a core position within South Asia Operating Centre supporting R2R process for Pakistan/ Bangladesh. The various responsibilities & interactions for this role are detailed below.
- Key Responsibilities
- 1. Month Close Process- Country Lock Meeting
- Preparation & Presentation; Quarterly NFD presentation inputs and submissions & Locking results on time.-
- Managing closing process for SAP & Unilever group reporting-
- Trial Balance Review with qualitative checks-
- Monitoring Zero controls & necessary actions-
- Validating FR-MR, working with GCOPA & Country team for resolutions-
- Submissions & Locking results on time.-
- Annual disclosures (V800)-
- GCAD query resolution-
- V105 mismatch resolution (formal on quarterly basis)-
- Monthly Intercompany reconciliation process and Overdue follow up.Handling IFRS16 (Lease accounting) for entire South Asia cluster.- 2. Scorecards- Monthly BER metrics & loss tree
- data validation, Analysis & commentary-
- CHI report review & closure of actions with 3PSP/country-
- Balance sheet Hygiene & controls- 3.Fixed Assets- Supporting & handling queries relating to Finance Lease assets accounting-
- Accounting queries on Fixed assets from 3PSP & country-
- Fixed Assets Anomaly tracking- 4.General Accounting- Opening balance roll forward.-
- Ongoing Accounting queries from country & 3PSP-
- Single point contact for SCOA-
- Approver for any Master Data changes-
- Yearly SCOA changes-
- Technical Troubleshooting
- SAP, Trintech, BMC, Finance kit-
- Drive Central accounting changes/ communications and controls with cluster country.-
- Reconciliations-
- Trintech/ Blackline Reconciliation
- for bank acc recs.-
- Other reconciliations in Trintech/ Blackline-
- Ongoing Global/ Local Projects - ad hoc depending on business needs.-
