**Key Responsibilities**
- Partner with TA business leads to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and manage requisition approvals
- Post job openings via SAP SuccessFactors and ensure visibility across relevant platforms
- Build talent pipelines using internal tools, LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals
- Support the offer process, including reference checks and documentation
- Ensure all recruitment activities meet service level expectations and compliance standards
- Promote Mott MacDonald as an employer of choice through thoughtful engagement and outreach
- Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in TA processes
**Requirements**:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in global talent sourcing within a complex, professional services or engineering environment
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and working experience in different geographies like UK, US, India etc
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search strategies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and inclusive mindset
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours to match time zones to ensure collaboration with the team in UK.
