**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Operation**: Set up, operate, and maintain CNC routers to cut and shape materials such as wood, ply, and acrylic, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- **Quality Assurance**: Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools to ensure they meet required specifications, making necessary adjustments to machine settings to maintain quality.
- **Programming**: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to program CNC machines accurately, translating instructions into computer commands for precise machining.
- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment, including daily cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, to ensure optimal functionality and prevent downtime.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, maintaining a clean and organised work environment to promote workplace safety and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operation or CAD/CAM is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years operating CNC routers, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry. Experience with CAD/CAM software is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints; CAD/CAM software (2D and/or 3D) knowledge is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong focus on precision and quality, with the ability to identify and correct machining errors.
- **Physical Stamina**: Capability to handle physical demands such as lifting materials and standing for extended periods.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,772.72 - ₹23,961.54 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

- Secondary(10th Pass) (preferred)
