**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with merchants, SMEs, enterprises, and enhance our presence in T2-T4 market..
- Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to retailer/distributors networks, effectively communicating the value proposition of our payment gateway solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and provide customized payment solutions that align with their business needs.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and service agreements to close deals successfully.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and integration of payment solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging payment technologies to maintain a strategic edge.
- Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall growth.
- Generate and present detailed sales reports, market insights, and pipeline status updates to the management team.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
- **2-5 years of experience** in B2B sales, preferably within the **payment gateway, fintech, or banking sector**.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital payment processing, merchant acquisition, and transaction security.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics, and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to work from office and travel as needed to meet business objectives.
