As we continue to optimize and scale our operational systems, we are seeking a highly skilled and driven **MIS Executive (Google Sheets Automation Specialist)** to join our Operations team at our **Jaipur, Civil Lines office**.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain **MIS reports, operational dashboards, and Google Sheets automation systems** using **Apps Script, JavaScript, and HTML**.
- Build **dynamic, interactive forms, templates, and operational tools** within the Google Workspace ecosystem.
- Create integrated solutions for **Work FMS processes, inventory management, and sales tracking**.
- Analyze operational data and present actionable insights and reports to management.
- Maintain **data integrity, accuracy, and timely reporting** by identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Collaborate with **Sales, Operations, Inventory, and HR teams** to gather reporting needs and develop tailored automation solutions.
- Document processes, workflows, and automation systems for internal knowledge sharing and audits.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering**, or related fields.
- Strong aptitude for **Mathematics, data analysis, and process optimization**.
- Proficient in **Google Apps Script** with proven experience in workflow automation and data processing.
- Solid working knowledge of **JavaScript and HTML** for custom interface development within Google Workspace.
- Advanced proficiency in **Google Sheets / Excel** (formulas, pivot tables, charts, queries, and data validation).
- Experience with **Work FMS or operational management systems** built on Google Workspace tools.
- Understanding of **APIs, webhooks, and data integration techniques** for third-party tool connectivity.
- Strong problem-solving, project management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects, deliver on tight deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Familiarity with **Google Data Studio, Looker Studio**, or other data visualization platforms.
- Experience with **CRM, Inventory, or Sales MIS tools**.
- Basic knowledge of **SQL, JSON, REST APIs**, and third-party integrations.
