**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management & Analysis**:

- Create, manage, and analyze datasets using **Google Sheets**, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Develop advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, and automation for reporting purposes.
- **AI-Driven Solutions**:

- Leverage tools like **ChatGPT** to automate repetitive tasks, generate content, and support decision-making.
- Train team members on how to effectively utilize AI tools in their workflows.
- **Business Intelligence Reporting**:

- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using **Looker** to provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Ensure real-time data accessibility and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- **Task Delegation & Workflow Management**:

- Implement and manage task delegation tools to enhance team efficiency.
- Develop clear workflows and accountability frameworks for seamless operations.
- **Checklist Creation & Design**:

- Develop and standardize checklists for routine tasks and audits to ensure consistency and quality.
- Continuously refine checklists based on feedback and operational changes.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify gaps in current processes and recommend improvements through technology and innovative solutions.
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure the team stays updated with tools and systems.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years in a similar role with expertise in the mentioned tools and technologies.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- **Technical Expertise**:

- Advanced proficiency in **Google Sheets** (formulas, scripts, and automation).
- Hands-on experience with **AppSheet**, **Looker**, and other BI tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools like **ChatGPT** for business solutions
