**Job Description: MIS Executive**

**Location**: Civil Lines, Jaipur

**Experience**: Freshers/Experienced both

**Job Role**:

- Prepare, maintain, and update regular reports using Excel.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate meaningful insights for decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in reports.
- Support management with data-driven insights and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather data and streamline reporting processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create complex Excel reports using advanced features like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and conditional formatting.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports as required.
- Analyze trends and patterns from data to support business objectives.
- Maintain and update databases with real-time information.
- Provide ad-hoc reports and data analysis as requested by management.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proficiency in Advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Knowledge of database management and reporting tools will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
