Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve consistent performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform strategy.
- Forecast sales performance, analyze data, and present reports to management.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for smooth execution.
- Drive digital tools and modern sales practices to improve efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals for long-term growth.

Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategy.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales analytics.
- Ability to travel extensively as required.
