Are you a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales and customer service? We’re looking for a telecaller to join our growing team Help us lead the way in e-waste and plastic waste management services.
Key Responsibilities: Outbound calling to promote our services Lead generation and follow-ups Handling inbound queries with professionalism Supporting sales teams in closing deals Maintaining CRM records and reporting progress Meeting and exceeding targets Ensuring compliance and customer confidentiality
What We’re Looking For: Min. High School diploma (Degree is a plus) Proven telecalling or similar experience Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati Strong persuasion, negotiation, and resilience skills Basic computer and CRM knowledge Experience in the e-waste/plastic waste sector is a bonusWhy Join Us?
