**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented **Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)** to manage inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries, and deliver outstanding support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle both incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Address customer queries and provide precise, helpful information.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are resolved.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain high service quality standards.
- Achieve assigned performance goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong verbal communication skills in **English, Hindi, and Tamil**.
- Excellent listening ability and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
- A **bachelor’s degree is mandatory**; a master’s degree is an added advantage.
- **Previous experience in customer support is required.**
