We're Hiring

We're looking for a Customer support voice process

**Designation** : Customer support voice process

**Experience**: minimum 6 months

**Location**: Work from home

**Language**: Good English and Tamil

3 months contract base

**Salary** : 20 CTC, in hand 16.5k

**Shift** : 24/7 Rotational shifts & 6 days working 1 day rotational off

**Qualification** : 12th plus

**Requirement** : Laptop - i5 processor,8 GB, windows 10, WiFi, USB headset

**Roles & Responsbilities**:

- Answering customer queries, complaints, and requests.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, or policies.
- Troubleshooting technical or service-related issues

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
