**Job Title**: Voice Process Executive - Renewal Process

**Location**: Chennai

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer queries related to policy renewals.
- Reach out to existing customers and remind them about policy expiry.
- Guide customers through the renewal process and ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the system.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly renewal targets.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in English and regional language.
- Prior experience in voice process/customer service/insurance preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.
