**Job Title**: Voice Process Executive
**Location**: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
**Industry**: BPO / Customer Support / Telecommunication

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and support issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Follow communication guidelines and scripts as necessary
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams

**Requirements**:

- Any graduate / 12th pass with relevant experience
- Freshers are welcome; prior BPO or call center experience is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English and regional languages (Tamil preferred)
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Freshers can also apply

**Salary**: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
**Work Location**: Chennai
**Shift**: Day Shift Only (based on process)
