**Job Title**: Sales Executive - Voice Process (Product Sales)
**Industry**: BPO / Call Center / Sales
**Experience**: 6 months-3 years (Freshers welcome)

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Sales Executive for our voice process team to promote and sell the product. The role involves outbound/inbound calling to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable product solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers or respond to inbound queries.
- Pitch products effectively and clearly communicate the value proposition.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest relevant products or upgrades.
- Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
- Follow up with interested leads and handle objections professionally.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during and after the sales process.
- Adhere to compliance and quality standards set by the organization.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in [English / regional languages as applicable].
- Persuasive and confident in pitching and negotiating.
- Strong listening skills and ability to handle rejection.
- Hindi speaking is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
