Location - Chennai

Role Description

This full-time, on-site role for a Voice Process Executive is located in Chennai. The Voice Process Executive will be responsible for handling customer calls, identifying and assessing customers' needs and providing solutions to achieve customer satisfaction. The executive will also ensure that all communication with customers is properly documented and reported to the appropriate departments.

**Qualifications**:
Prior experience in a customer service role with strong communication skills
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and handle customer complaints effectively
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment, with strong interpersonal skills
Fluency in English and any additional regional language must

Bachelor's degree in any field is required
