As we expand into **US** and **Middle East** markets, we are seeking a motivated **Business Development Associate** to drive our global business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research in the **US** and **Middle East** regions to identify business opportunities, track emerging trends, and analyze competitors.
- **Lead Generation**: Strategically source and nurture potential clients through platforms such as **LinkedIn**, **Toptal**, **Upwork**, and other relevant networks.
- **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**: Leverage **LinkedIn Sales Navigator** to identify, engage, and manage potential clients and partnerships in global markets, with a focus on the **US** and **Middle East**.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring consistent growth in international markets.
- **Client Acquisition & Retention**: Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients through tailored outreach and effective presentations.
- **Proposal & Contract Development**: Create customized proposals for international clients and negotiate favorable terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- **CRM Management**: Use **Zoho CRM** to track leads, manage client interactions, and streamline business development efforts.
- **Partnership Development**: Establish and manage strategic partnerships with global organizations to expand business opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Ensure consistent, high-quality customer service and strengthen relationships with existing international clients.

**Key Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-4 years in business development, with a focus on **international markets** (experience in **US** and **Middle East** markets preferred).
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **CRM Skills**: Proficiency in **Zoho CRM** to manage client information and sales pipelines.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging and persuading international clients effectively.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong experience in negotiating and closing deals with international clients.
- **Cultural Awareness**: Ability to work in a **multicultural environment** and sensitivity to diverse business practices in international markets.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in **MS Office Suite** and other business development tools.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel both nationally and internationally to meet clients and attend industry events.

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
