For our Finance department we are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Executive for our location in Gurgaon - Hybrid work model (3 days WFO) with immediate effect or by arrangement:
Responsibilities:

- Processing of incoming invoices taking into account tax law requirements (digital invoice processing)
- Independent management of vendor accounts with monitoring of open items, including account reconciliation
- Processing bank postings and monitoring outgoing payments
- Creation and control of automatic payment runs
- Carrying out (intercompany) account reconciliations
- Contact person for specialist departments for all accounting issues
- Communication with suppliers
- Collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements around accounts payable
- T & E posting

Your profile:

- Completed commercial training and initial professional experience in financial accounting
- Hands-on mentality and team spirit
- Good knowledge of MS Office and the use of familiar ERP systems
- Good knowledge of English
- Flexibility to deal with a wide range of tasks
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment

Education Qualification:

- Bachelor in Accounts or any other related qualification
- MBA in Finance is preferred.
