**Job Title**: Accounts Payable & Reconciliation Executive

This position involves reconciling financial transactions, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. The AP & Reconciliation Executive is essential for optimizing cash flow, minimizing delinquencies, and supporting overall financial health.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients.
- Identify and investigate overdue accounts, initiating appropriate collection actions.
- Reconcile cash receipts and payment received from payment gateways with daily sales report.
- Reconcile aggregator statement of accounts with daily sales report.
- Ensure the correctness and timeliness of the payments received from the aggregators.
- Provide regular reports on reconciliation activities, highlighting key findings, insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Manage Accounts payable and ensure timely payments.
- Manage employee payables and ensure timely payments.
- Ensure proper accounting entries on the basis of reconciliations done.

**Qualification and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to building positive relationships.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
