**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales Strategy**: Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- **Market Research**: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- **Sales Presentations**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting product benefits and solutions.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
- **Training & Development**: Stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques, and participate in training sessions as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in plywood industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Education**:Bachelors

**Experience**: 5+ Years

**Salary**: 25 - 30 k basic

**Commission Structure**: Commission structure based on achieving sales targets.

**Travel allowance**: Rs. 3/- per km,

**Food allowance**: Daily 100/
- **Location**: Ernakulam, Palakkad, Thrissur, Kottayam, Malappuram

**Must Have a Bike**
