**Job Title**: Admission Officer
**Location**: Kochi
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling and Guidance**:

- Provide prospective students with information about admission processes, courses, and eligibility requirements.
- Guide students through program choices based on their career goals and interests.
- **Lead Generation and Conversion**:

- Actively pursue leads, follow up with potential students, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by effectively addressing student queries and concerns.
- **Sales and Target Achievement**:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase admissions and achieve growth goals.
- **Database Management**:

- Update and manage CRM systems to track and follow up with potential leads.
- **Coordination with Academic and Administrative Teams**:

- Work closely with academic and administrative departments to ensure smooth admission processes.
- Coordinate with faculty for interview scheduling, orientation sessions, and course guidance.
- **Market Research and Outreach**:

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for outreach and collaboration.
- Participate in educational fairs, school visits, and events to promote the institution’s programs.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on admissions and conversion rates.
- Analyze trends and provide insights for continuous improvement of admission processes.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure all student documentation is complete, verified, and stored as per regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
