**Job Title**: Admission Officer

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and approachable Admission Officer to oversee the admissions process and act as the first point of contact for prospective students and their families. The role blends counseling with target-driven telesales, requiring excellent communication, strong organizational abilities, and a student-focused approach to ensure a smooth and positive enrollment journey.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct target-based telesales to convert leads into confirmed admissions.
- Provide accurate information on programs, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Guide applicants throughout the enrollment process with personalized support.
- Coordinate admission-related events, including open houses, campus visits, and orientations.
- Maintain accurate applicant records in CRM systems and generate reports on conversions and trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on outreach initiatives and with academic teams to address applicant concerns.
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies and relevant educational regulations.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce preferred).
- Prior experience in admissions, counseling, or target-based telesales is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English (proficiency in Malayalam preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
