Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and professional Admission Officer to manage and support the student enrollment process. The selected candidate will handle inquiries, guide students and parents through the admission procedures, and ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to admission inquiries through calls, emails, walk-ins, and online platforms.
  • Provide accurate information on courses, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
  • Guide students and parents through the application and enrollment process.
  • Maintain and update admission records and databases.
  • Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and orientation programs.
  • Follow up with leads and work toward achieving admission targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for admission campaigns.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly admission reports.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional guidelines and policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
  • 1–2 years of experience in admissions or a similar role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admission software.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Job Type & Schedule:
