**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Delivery**: Conduct engaging and interactive language training sessions for individuals and groups, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and technologies.
- **Curriculum Development**: Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to the needs of different learner groups, ensuring alignment with best practices in language education.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Evaluate learners' progress through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- **Facilitation Skills**: Facilitate discussions, workshops, and group activities that promote language practice and cultural understanding.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on the latest trends and methodologies in language training and incorporate innovative techniques into training programs.
- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance and support to junior trainers and facilitators, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback to inform program improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum 5 years of experience in language training or facilitation, with a proven track record of successful program delivery.
- **Language Proficiency**: Native or near-native proficiency in English, Japanese, French, or German; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- **Certifications**: Relevant teaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, DELF, JLPT) are highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Proficient in using technology and digital tools for language training.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
