- Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for students in:
Tally ERP with GST

GST Filing & Accounting Practices

Java Programming

Python Programming

Advanced Excel & MS Office Suite

Web Designing (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)

Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and hands-on exercises.

Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and projects.

Provide individual guidance and doubt-clearing sessions.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends and software updates.

Motivate students and ensure active participation in learning.

Maintain training reports, attendance, and academic progress records.

Required Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: MCA (Master of Computer Applications) - Mandatory.

Minimum 1-3 years of teaching/training experience preferred (freshers with strong skills may also apply).

Skills Required:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong technical knowledge with practical exposure.

Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.

Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Good classroom management skills.
