**Job Description: -**
- The Trainer - Artificial Intelligencewill be responsible for guiding our students in understanding and implementing the latest developments in Generative AI and AI-assisted coding tools through Training.
- They will work closely with our development team to recommend and implement tools, methodologies, and processes that will enhance our efficiency and productivity

**Role & responsibilities**

**Primary Skills -**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a pertinent field (Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, etc.)
- Demonstrated expertise in AI and related fields, encompassing a robust understanding of machine learning algorithms, data analysis, and associated technologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Preferred experience in training or teaching roles.
- Proficiency in popular AI and DS tools and frameworks such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and sci-kit-learn.
- Adaptability to accommodate varying skill levels and diverse participant backgrounds.
- Knowledge of IBM AI Watson is an additional benefit.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted coding platforms such as Kite, Codota, and GitHub Copilot
- Experience with one of the following AutoML tools:

- Google Cloud AutoML
- Amazon SageMaker Autopilot
- Azure Machine Learning AutoML
- Strong communication and teaching skills
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical knowledge for non-AI experts
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
- Ability to work in a multicultural and remote team

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns for B2B, and B2C mobile apps(Product). In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platforms, tools, and features, with a focus on mobile app advertising. A/B testing expertise with a proven track record of improving campaign performance. Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in analytics tools for extracting actionable insights. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines. Google Ads certification (Preferable).

**Key Tasks Responsibilities**:

- Research, recommend, and help implement AI-assisted coding platforms to enhance the efficiency of our software development team.
- Create methodologies and processes that will guide the use of AI tools within the development team.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and software development tools.
- Work closely with the development team and our technology and delivery leadership to understand their needs and challenges, and tailor our strategies accordingly.
- Design and craft a comprehensive training curriculum for AI, considering diverse skill levels and backgrounds within the target audience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to training programs, encompassing course outlines, materials, and assessment tools.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars covering various AI topics.
- Design and assist students in project design related to AI, ML & DS, providing mentorship and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Employ diverse instructional methods including lectures, practical demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and collaborative group activities to accommodate different learning styles.
- Customize training programs to address the specific needs of various departments or teams within the organization.
- Evaluate participant progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey and development in AI. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in AI education and training, incorporating relevant updates into training content and delivery methods.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with colleges and educational institutions for collaborative training programs in Cloud Computing.
- **Traveling to different institutes to conduct the training sessions.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,320.50 - ₹42,891.91 per month
