Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in designing and leading the development of various artificial intelligence initiatives to improve health and wellness of patients.

A Day in the Life

  • Design and lead the development of AI initiatives to help improve patient outcomes.
  • Work with business leaders and customers to understand their pain-points and build large-scale solutions.
  • Break down complex business problems into machine learning problems and design solution workflows.
  • Collaborate with our data platform team to integrate agent capability or algorithms in their product/workflows.
  • Work with development teams to build tools for repeatable data tasks that accelerate and automate development cycle.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Data Science.
  • Familiarity with Prompt Engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Hands-on experience with Multi-Agent Systems and frameworks like CrewAI/Langchain/Autogen.
  • Experience with Vector Databases such as ChromaDB, FAISS.
  • Reinforcement learning (RL) experience, specifically for autonomous agents.
  • Working experience with Embedding models and RAG design.
  • Strong Python skills, building enterprise applications along with optimization techniques and API integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with ML platforms like Databricks, Azure ML, Sagemaker.
  • Comfortable with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS cloud technologies, Snowflake, and healthcare experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Python - Building highly scalable and performant applications.
  • LLM - Deep experience in working and fine-tuning LLM Models.
  • Re-inforcement Learning and MAS.
  • Vector Databases.
