**Hiring for Government Project: AI Trainer**

**Description**:
As an AI Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of AI talent by equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills they need to excel in this rapidly evolving field. You will work closely with other trainers, industry experts, and stakeholders to ensure that our training programs are relevant, effective, and aligned with industry standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop AI training programs and curricula.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions.
- Conduct hands-on workshops and practical exercises.
- Provide one-on-one mentorship and support to learners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI.
- Incorporate new AI technologies and methodologies into training materials.
- Assess learners' progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other trainers and industry experts.
- Ensure training programs are aligned with industry standards.
- Create and maintain training documentation and resources.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements.
- Facilitate group discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Develop online and offline training materials.
- Assist in the development of certification programs.
- Participate in industry conferences and events.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during training sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AI Trainer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and tools.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization.

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- AI: 2 years (required)
- AI Trainer: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
