Job Title: Freelance Ai Trainer

About the Opportunity :

We are looking for an experienced Corporate Trainer / Leadership Facilitator (15+ years of experience) to design and deliver a capability enhancement program for line managers managing hybrid teams across the globe.

The program's objective is to equip managers with advanced skills to effectively lead hybrid and digital-first teams, drive operational excellence, and foster collaboration in a global environment.

Program Overview :

The learning journey can be structured as either:

A single integrated program, or

Two separate levels :

Basic to Intermediate

Intermediate to Advanced

The trainer will collaborate with our team to refine and customise the content journey.

Core Focus Areas :

AI Advanced Training – leveraging AI in leadership and operations

Change & Conflict Management – leading change and resolving team conflicts in hybrid environments

Measuring & Governing Digital Solutions – understanding reports, incident management, DevOps model, and Sigma frameworks

Hybrid Operations & Next-Level Operations – enhancing team performance and governance in a hybrid setup

Target Audience :

Line Managers and People Managers leading global hybrid teams.

Trainer Requirements :

Minimum 15 years of corporate / leadership training experience

Proven expertise in hybrid team leadership, AI-driven operations, or change management

Strong understanding of digital transformation frameworks and operational excellence

Ability to design both foundational and advanced learning journeys

Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills

Location: Based in or around Noida (preferred local trainer for in-person delivery)

Duration: To be finalised (based on content structure).
