Job Title: Senior AI Trainer / Lead AI Curriculum & Training

Experience: 8 to 12 Years

Location: Noida / Hybrid

Role Overview:

The Senior AI Trainer will lead the design, development, and standardization of AI training content and frameworks across programs for K12, undergraduate, and professional learners. The role involves content finalization, team mentorship, and high-level delivery of AI training sessions to ensure program quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Curriculum Development
  • Lead the design and finalization of AI curricula and training content across multiple learner levels.
  • Review and approve all AI training modules, projects, and learning resources.
  • Ensure alignment with NEP 2020, CBSE/UGC guidelines, and global AI education frameworks.
  • Mentor and guide the team of AI trainers and content developers.
  • Training & Quality Assurance
  • Conduct advanced AI training sessions for trainers, educators, and professionals.
  • Establish training standards, methodologies, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Design and supervise Train-the-Trainer programs to maintain delivery quality.
  • Research, Strategy & Innovation
  • Explore and integrate emerging AI technologies and tools into curriculum and delivery.
  • Lead the creation of AI-based case studies, industry projects, and applied learning modules.
  • Collaborate with academic boards, industry partners, and government agencies for curriculum enrichment.
  • Contribute to new program design (e.g., AI for Schools, AI for Teachers, AI for Industry).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Masters Degree / PhD in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Computer Science preferred.

    • 812 years of experience in AI training, content development, or academic leadership.

    • Proven expertise in AI, ML, NLP, Computer Vision, Data Analytics, and Python programming.

    • Strong background in instructional design, pedagogy, and e-learning tools.

    • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, finalize content, and ensure curriculum quality.

    • Exceptional communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Relevant certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields from recognized organizations (e.g., Google, IBM, Microsoft, AWS, or similar) are desirable.
