**German Trainer (C1 Proficiency) - Up to B2 Level**

**Location**: Sector-62, Noida.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach German language courses from **A1 to B2 level**, ensuring students achieve their desired proficiency.
- Develop engaging lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to enhance language skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Prepare students for **TELC German language certification exams**.
- Conduct interactive and immersive learning sessions using various teaching methodologies.
- Provide personalized support and feedback to students for their language development.
- Stay updated with modern teaching techniques, digital learning tools, and curriculum advancements.
- Maintain progress reports and evaluate students’ learning outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- **C1 proficiency in German (Certified, if applicable)**.
- **2-5 years of experience** in teaching German, preferably in a structured educational environment.
- Strong understanding of **language acquisition techniques and German certification exams** (TELC).
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans, interactive learning experiences and regular assessments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms and digital learning tools is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in **German Language, Linguistics, or a related field**.
- Experience in **training students for job placements, visa processes, or migration to Germany** is advantageous.
- Prior experience in training healthcare professionals or international job seekers is a plus.
