**Academy Coordinator - German Language Classes**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Class & Student Coordination:

- Manage class schedules, ensuring smooth coordination between teachers and students.
- Maintain student attendance records and track progress reports.
- Address student queries, concerns, and requests related to classes, materials, and schedules.

Teacher & Management Coordination:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between teachers and management.
- Assist trainers with class materials, lesson plans, and required teaching resources.
- Ensure faculty availability and manage substitute arrangements if needed.

Academy Operations & Equipment Maintenance:

- Ensure the functionality of all equipment and devices, including projectors, computers, audio systems, and classroom tools.
- Coordinate with relevant teams for repairs and upgrades.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in classrooms and common areas.

Student Enrollment & Marketing Support:

- Assist the sales and marketing team in student enrollment efforts.
- Guide prospective students through course offerings, schedules, and admission processes.
- Support promotional activities such as open houses, workshops, and online campaigns.
- Maintain a database of student inquiries and follow up to convert leads into enrollments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in academic coordination, student services, or training institute management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills (English
- preferred and German
- good to have but not compulsory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with student management software.
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and the management team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in language training institutes or educational institutions.
- Prior experience in managing academic centres for training professionals or international job seekers is a plus.
- Background in customer service, admissions, or operations management.
- Familiarity with marketing and student outreach strategies.
