**Responsibilities**:
Manage and maintain the sports facilities to the highest standard
Organize events and marketing campaigns to increase footfall and registrations for coaching
Recruit, train, and engage with coaches to create.
Maintain account and bookkeeping records for the sports academy
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the sports academy
Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
Continuously seek out opportunities for growth and improvement of the sports academy
**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sports facility management, event organizing, and coaching management
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in account and bookkeeping
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Passion for sports and a commitment to excellence

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sport Coordinator: 1 year (preferred)
