Inside Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Generating Lead**
**Sales Presentations & Pitches**
Present products/services to potential clients in a persuasive and clear manner.
Conduct product demos or walkthroughs.
**Client Relationship Management**
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
**Negotiating & Closing Deals**
Discuss pricing, terms, and contract details with clients.
Address objections and guide prospects toward making a purchase decision.
**Market Research & Strategy**
Understand market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
**Sales Reporting**
Maintain records of sales activities, pipeline status, and deal closures.
Provide regular reports to management using CRM tools or Excel.
**Meeting Sales Targets**
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Adjust approach based on performance metrics and feedback.
**Skills Required**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive negotiation abilities.
Product knowledge and market awareness.
Time management and self-motivation.
CRM and sales software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
