One of our clients from the IT consulting and services industry is looking for someone to be the junior program coordinator. You are supposed to implement various policies to improve the department. You are also responsible for planning and supporting the organization of a program, supporting program growth, its activities and development as necessary. Prepare, modify, and file reports and documentation as necessary.

Tasks
- Manage the project budget;
- Foster positive relationships with external vendors and service providers;
- Secure funding for the project;
- Update social media platforms and websites;
- Organize meetings;
- May assist with grant and/or proposal writing as appropriate to the objectives and funding nature of the program;
- May perform specialized activities of a programmatic nature in direct support of the accomplishment of program objectives and protocol;
- Communicate with media outlets;
**Requirements**:

- Good computer knowledge and tech-savvy;
- Excellent communication and people skills;
- Possesses exceptional public speaking skills;
- Has the ability to encourage and motivate others, particularly when dealing with volunteers;
- Demonstrates the ability to attract and recruit program participants;
- Displays excellent networking abilities;
- Excellent time management, organisational and multitasking ability;
