**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Identify potential vendors, clients, and business opportunities through market research and networking.

Ensure a minimum of 20% vendor onboarding per company norms.

Pitch software solutions and digital transformation services to clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and vendors.

Address customer concerns and ensure long-term business partnerships.

Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts.

Handle negotiations effectively to close deals and onboard vendors.

Provide insights and recommendations to enhance business growth strategies.

**Requirements**:
✔ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

✔ Experience: 0-3 years in business development, sales, or IT services.

**✔ Skills**:

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and cloud technologies (AWS, React, Java, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and lead generation technique

Pay: ₹15,705.41 - ₹42,563.05 per month
