**JOB BRIEF**

An Operations Executive plays a crucial role at the time of Packing field / Client house for ensuring the smooth and efficient work by the team of Packers. Also ensuring the work in time process with customer satisfaction.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITY**

1. Plan, organize, and manage the packers, packing materials and local transportation to start the work in time daily basis.

2. Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

3. Supervise the work and guide a team to safe handling of goods and ensure the No damages.

4. Ability to survey, contact for clients and Survey, complete the same in time.

5. After survey, make the cost and handover to Operation with all details immediately.

6. Prepare of inventory of packing goods for pickup and delivery the goods without any shortage.

7. Label boxes with appropriate details (e.g., Client Name, Goods details, Room No. Location Name, handling instructions, etc.)

8. Check inventory lists to ensure all items are packed and loaded into Truck for transport.

9. Track the usage of materials and optimize their use to reduce waste/cost of the company.

10.Focus on operations to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.

11.Track performance of the Packers/Drivers for grow the professional & efficiency of the team.

12.Monitor expenses and strive to optimize costs without compromising service quality.

13.End of every work, report to the Operation Manager with documents immediately.

14.Other expenses like Bus fare, OT, etc. should be submit to Operation Manage by end of the month.

15.Any issue at the time of Packing/Loading/Unloading, should inform in advance to Operation Manage to get the approval.

16.Without any prior approval of any not accepted.

17.Assit to take the stock and submit to the Operation Manager in every month end is mandatory.

18.After completion every work, should submit the final cost of the day to Operation also mandatory.

**EDUCATION**

Minimum Education: Higher Secondary or High school diploma is required

Additional Education: Graduate in any discipline.

**EXPERIENCE**

Minimum Experience: 2-4 years of experience.

Addition Experience: Similar role in same Industry will be preferred.

**BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS**

1. Fluent in Local language & Hindi. Preferred English.

2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

3. Ability to lead and motivate a team to finish the work in time.

4. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the moving industry.

5. Focus on daily work and be strong in Physical/Mental.

6. Ability to help team to lifting and moving heavy items if required.

7. Gutka/Pan Parag/Alcohol is strictly not allowed on duty.

8. Ability to travel various locations in short time notice.

9. Understand the situation/location of the work and ability to do finish the work in late night.
