**Job Summary**:
The Operations Executive is responsible for the smooth operational processing of requests and updates for Authorized Persons (APs) in line with SEBI guidelines. This includes managing the processes for company modification, registration/rejection of APs, address changes, Continuing Professional Education (CPE) letter management, and terminal operations. The role ensures timely execution of all tasks, accurate documentation, and adherence to operational workflows, contributing to the overall compliance and functionality of the operations team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process registration requests for new Authorized Persons, ensuring all required documentation is in place (e.g., KYC, financial details, Agreements).
- Update internal systems with new AP information once registered.
- Assist in processing any operational changes or modifications to the company’s authorized persons or operations.
- Communicate with internal departments to ensure that all internal systems reflect any company modifications (e.g., changes in business structure, new AP on boarding).
- Maintain accurate records of modifications and ensure seamless integration into operational workflows.
- Communicate with Branches about the rejection outcome.
- Process address change requests for Authorized Persons by collecting required documents such as proof of new address (e.g., utility bills, lease agreements).
- Update the records in internal systems to reflect the new address and ensure proper communication with relevant exchanges.
- Coordinate with the compliance and administrative teams to ensure all records are accurately maintained and notifications are sent to the correct address.
- Ensure that the address change process is completed within the required time frame as per SEBI guidelines.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- 1-3 years of experience in operational roles, preferably in the financial services or securities industry.
- Experience working with Exchange -related processes, authorized persons, or terminal operations is a plus.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of operational workflows related to authorized persons, terminal management, and SEBI regulations.
- Familiarity with CPE requirements and SEBI compliance processes.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills to maintain accurate records.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to track and manage multiple processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with operations management software.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
