**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Oversight**:

- Manage day-to-day operational activities to meet company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and lead a team of [number] operational staff members.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Foster a positive team environment that promotes collaboration and high performance.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations.
- **Financial Management**:

- Monitor and manage operational budgets to ensure expenses are within budgetary guidelines.
- Work closely with the finance team to forecast financial trends and make recommendations for improvement.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports and presentations on operational performance for management review.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for operational improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the Service industy around 4 to 5 yrs
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and operational software

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
