**Role Summary**:
We are looking for an internal Salesforce Administrator who will play a key role in maximizing the efficacy of the CRM. This role will be responsible for user management, operations ticketing and change management. The role is part of a larger multi-functional internal operations team that reports directly to Director of Salesforce Operations. This role will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Solutions and Support team's. Additionally, this is an entry level role with growth opportunity to expand knowledge and experience on the Salesforce platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- User Management. Creation, deactivation and updating of users.
- Operations ticketing and help desk.Monitoring, routing, and maintaining internal operations tickets and help desk.
- Change management. Monitor and assist in deployment of functionality from sandbox to production.
- Assist with general Salesforce platform management tasks.
- Provide real-time support for issues relating to Salesforce; troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Working knowledge of Salesforce platform
- Experience with user management
- Experience with help desk operations
- Knowledge of change management

**Requirements**:

- 1+years' experience working on Salesforce platform
- Advanced technical degree
