**Your Job** **Our Team** **What will you do** - Participation in agile ceremonies to deliver product solutions, project planning and demos. - Working with business representatives to understand the business process within Salesforce and requirements for migrating from one Salesforce environment to another. - Working to build reports, dashboards, Customization and Configurations, Flows, alerts, security, maintaining/customizing objects, field creation, data mapping, and data export/import (data loader) - Working with cross-functional global teams (IT and Business) to enhance, maintain and support demands. - Working as a trusted advisor with current development team and other Salesforce resources to build and implement a long-term strategy. - Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying modifications needed to meet changing user requirements. **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** - 2+ Years of experience in Salesforce Administration - Proficient in process builder, Flows validation rules, approval processes and other automation tools. - 1+ Years working with object relationships, record types, page layouts, permissions. - Proficient in advanced data sharing security models (Sharing Rules, Permission Sets, Field Level Security) - Understanding of Change management (Sandboxes, change sets, testing, and deployment cycles) **Preferred Certifications**: - Salesforce Administrator Certifications **What Will Put You Ahead** - Highly motivated individual who does not need to be micromanaged. - Salesforce Administrator Certifications **and** an active Trailblazer showing continued education of the Salesforce platform. - Service Cloud and Sales Cloud Experience **Who We Are** As a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
