Job Description - Business Development Manager - Sales
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Its a purely B2B Sales profile. The schools/clients will have to be mapped
by the person.
The entire life cycle of an account is managed by a single salesperson.
After acquiring the client the job requires getting the maximum share of
the business.
There are multiple contact points in all the clients and the most common
touchpoints are Principals, Teachers, and HOD.
Eligibility Criteria
Knowledge of territory.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Hard negotiating skills.
Good interpersonal relationship.
Knowledge / Education
Should be a graduate
preferably have exposure to the Educational Sales industry.
be a part of the hardcore Business development team (field sales)
understand Business Dynamics.
