Job Title: Account Growth Strategist

**Location**: Gurugram, Sector 43

**Job Type**: Full-time; 5 days working

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the **primary relationship owner** for assigned clients, ensuring smooth communication and servicing.
- Develop **growth-focused strategies and campaign calendars** that align with client objectives across digital platforms.
- Identify **opportunities for upselling/cross-selling** services to maximize client value.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, performance, influencer, production) to deliver impactful campaigns.
- Write **engaging short-form content** for posts, reels, and ad creatives when required.
- Monitor campaigns, track KPIs, and deliver actionable insights through regular **performance reports**.
- Handle **brand reputation and crisis management** across online platforms.
- Stay updated on industry trends to proactively recommend **new strategies for client growth**.

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in account management, social media strategy, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
- Proven ability to **scale client accounts** and demonstrate measurable impact on growth/ROI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and **client servicing skills**.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter/X).
- Ability to balance **creative ideation with analytical reporting**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Familiarity with **paid advertising campaigns** and influencer collaborations.
- Understanding of cross-functional workflows with creative and performance marketing teams.

Pay: ₹251,768.62 - ₹1,291,015.28 per year
