**Job Opening - Campaign Team**

As a Political Consultant, you will play a key role in strategizing and executing political campaigns, conducting data-driven research, and presenting insights to clients. You will work closely with political leaders and stakeholders to develop impactful campaign strategies and ensure their successful implementation.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Develop and execute data-driven political campaign strategies.
- Create and deliver high-quality presentations for clients, showcasing campaign strategies and findings.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement campaign activities.
- Utilize MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with MS Suite like MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word, etc.
- Prepare detailed PowerPoint presentations to communicate campaign plans and performance metrics.
- Monitor political trends, competitor activities, and emerging issues.
- Ensure smooth execution of on-ground political campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in the political domain, working on political consulting, campaign management, or election strategy.
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to present insights, data, and strategies effectively before clients.
- Campaign Experience: Hands-on experience in planning and executing political campaigns.
- Technical Skills: High Proficiency in presentation(MS Powerpoint), MS Excel, and data analysis.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Marathi is mandatory. Additional regional language skills will be a plus.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
