**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Performance Marketing**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn

Ads, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to improve conversions and ROAS.
- Manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation for maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and industry best practices.

**Client Servicing**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and marketing goals.
- Develop and present campaign reports, insights, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of digital strategies.
- Address client concerns proactively and ensure high client satisfaction.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in performance marketing and client servicing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or

similar.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
- A keen understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies.
