**Marketing Strategy**:

- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Collaborate with the agency on board to create and manage online and offline marketing materials.

**Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging content for social media, website, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with the agency to ensure consistent and high-quality content.

**Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow Crown Vet's social media presence across various platforms.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to engage the audience and promote services.
- Coordinate with the agency for content calendars and social media strategy.
- Skilled in using Canva to create visually engaging and professional designs and videos.

**Customer Engagement**:

- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media and other digital channels.
- Implement customer retention strategies, including referral programs and loyalty initiatives.

**Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing and promoting events related to pet care and veterinary services.
- Coordinate with event partners, sponsors, and vendors to ensure successful execution.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and ROI.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing efforts.
- Review the performance at the end of the month with monthly reports, collaborating with the marketing agency.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in Marketing & Well versed in Social Media and usage of platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for pets and commitment to Crown Vet's mission and values.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Shift Timing : 9 PM - 6 PM**

**Location**: Ground Floor, Hoechst House, Nariman Point, Mumbai 400021.

**Work Location**: In person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
