**Position Description**

As a key member of Pani’s Sales team, you will play an essential role in equipping the sales force with the tools, content, and insights they need to sell Pani’s solutions effectively. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Delivery teams, your primary focus will be on creating and executing product marketing strategies that support and enable the sales team to reach their goals. This includes developing sales tools, creating effective content, managing product-related communications, and optimizing the customer journey to drive revenue growth.

You will be responsible for shaping product narratives, creating high-quality marketing collateral, and ensuring that all product messaging aligns with customer needs and market opportunities. Your work will ensure that Pani’s sales teams have the right assets at the right time to engage with potential customers and close deals more effectively.

You have a deep understanding of both sales enablement and product marketing. You’re passionate about creating impactful content and have a knack for turning complex product features into clear, compelling sales tools. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating across departments to drive alignment and deliver results. You are constantly looking to learn, improve, and adapt strategies to support the sales team in achieving its goals. **What you bring to the team**
- University degree in, business, marketing or a relevant equivalent experience
- 2 -3 years experience in similar role
- Results-driven and thirst to learn and excel
- An impressive writer with a highly creative thought process
- An effective communicator and natural relationship builder who can collaborate with and influence a variety of work styles and personalities
- An understanding of marketing campaigns and social media marketing
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a track record of initiative-taking and effective personal project management skills
- A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges
- Proficient with the Microsoft Suite of tools ( i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)

**Responsibilities**
- **Product Collaboration**: Partner closely with the product team to understand product features, value propositions, and customer use cases. Develop targeted content (brochures, case studies, videos, datasheets) that communicates product value to different customer segments.
- **Sales Enablement**: Create and manage sales enablement tools and resources that empower the sales team to effectively engage with prospects and close deals. This includes developing playbooks, competitive intelligence, and product collateral that support sales conversations at every stage of the sales cycle.
- **Account-Based Marketing**: Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies tailored to key target accounts in the industrial, utility, desalination, and wastewater treatment markets. Work closely with sales teams to ensure that messaging aligns with the needs and pain points of these accounts.
- **Lead Generation & Webinars**: Organize and execute webinars and other inbound lead-generation activities in collaboration with the product and sales teams. Ensure these events are aligned with product launches and key market segments, such as desalination, beverage, and municipal wastewater treatment.
- **Event Strategy & Execution**: Identify and prioritize industry tradeshows and events that align with Pani’s growth goals. Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective participation, lead generation, and post-event follow-up.
- **Content Creation & Thought Leadership**: Develop value-driven content and product messaging that resonates with target customers. Curate social media content for platforms like LinkedIn and other channels to build Pani’s brand as a leader in water and energy efficiency.
