Testsigma is a backed by marquee investors like Accel, MassMutual and Strive.What You’ll Do- Design and run onboarding and training programs to ramp new hires and upskill the team.- Create and maintain playbooks, talk tracks, and toolkits that evolve with product and market changes.- Align sales process with the buyer journey, closing skill and content gaps across the funnel.- Partner with GTM leaders to define competencies, certifications, and frameworks for success.- Support product launches and GTM initiatives with the right messaging and resources.- Own enablement metrics (ramp time, attainment, content usage) and drive measurable impact.- Evaluate and implement enablement tools and processes to streamline workflows.- Act as a coach and trusted advisor to reps, helping them grow and close better.What You’ll Bring- 6–10 years of experience in sales enablement or B2B SaaS sales (quota-carrying experience a plus).- Proven ability to build enablement programs from scratch in high-growth environments.- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and CS.- Familiarity with enablement tools and modern sales tech (LMS, CRM, call recording, sales engagement).- A builder’s mindset and excitement to scale with a fast-growing company.Benefits- A killer salary- Opportunity to work in a fast-growing, high-growth SaaS StartUp with ownership to drive new initiatives.- Paid personal time off.- Strong result-oriented culture, promoting continuous giving and receiving of feedback.- Monthly team bonding activities, yearly anniversary party, fun & more
